Billing Information

Billing Settings

When you first choose a plan different from the Free one, billing information and payment card information are required for automatic payments. This allows Pepo Campaigns to make the charges based on the plan and add-ons you selected.

Payments for your recurring plan are charged are automatically charged each month from your payment card on the first day of the month. If you begin a new subscription on a date after the first day of a month, you will be charged on the date you begin the new subscription a prorated amount for the remainder of the then-current month. If you send more than the number of emails included in your plan in a given month, you will be charged an overage amount as described in your plan. The overage amount will be charged at the beginning of the following month.

Pepo Campaigns utilizes Braintree, a third party billing provider, to collect and manage your payment card information and to process your payment transactions. Pepo Campaigns does not store your credit card information and is following industry best practices.

Pepo Campaigns is a PCI compliant certified company. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that acceptance, processing, storage and the transmit of credit card information take place in a secure environment.

Billing Details

Your billing details show you what plan you have and how you will be billed by Pepo Campaigns. Key terms used in your billing details are explained as follows:

Plan – The plan you are currently subscribing to with Pepo Campaigns.

Price – In Standard Plans it indicates the price per month that you pay to use Pepo Campaigns, excluding overage amounts. In Plans for Amazon AWS SES, it indicates the price per month that you pay to use Pepo Campaigns, plus the usage fee amount per thousand emails sent.

Overage Price – The price you pay per thousand emails when you send more emails than are included in your plan.

Add Ons Price – The price per month for Add Ons you have selected to add to your Plan, such as packages of Attributes or Phone Support.

The Packages of Attributes come in set of 5 at $14 each per month

The Premium Phone support for plans that do not include it comes at $99 per month.

Phone Support is a service provided Monday to Friday during business hours from 9 am to 5 pm CET.

Changing Your Plan and Add Ons

To change your plan, simply select the desired plan from the list of plans and follow indicated steps to change your plan.

If you are upgrading to a higher plan or adding Add Ons that increases your total monthly cost, upon confirmation you will be charged on the same day for the difference between what you were already paying and the new total price for your selected plan and Add Ons. If you upgrade on a date after the first day of a month, this difference will be prorated for the remainder of the then-current month.

If you are downgrading a plan or removing Add Ons during a month, the changes to your plan and Add Ons, and any reduction in total monthly cost, will take effect starting on the first day of the following month.

Invoices

Your invoices for successful payments are made available via a link in an email sent to the email address you have provided for your account. The invoice shows the date you were billed, your billing information, and how much your payment card was charged with a detailed breakdown.

Cancel Account

You may cancel your subscription by delivering written notice to Pepo Campaigns at cancellation@pepocampaigns.com. Notice must be received by Pepo Campaigns at least seven days before the end of the then-current month in order to be effective by the end of the month. If notice is received less than seven days before the end of the then-current month, your subscription will continue until the end of the following month.

Once your subscription is canceled, you are still responsible for payment of overage amounts incurred. Any outstanding overage amounts you have incurred will be charged to your payment card after the cancellation of your account.
